2. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of services.

3. Archineer UG LLP reserves the right to adjust project timelines based on unforeseen circumstances, such as changes requested by the client.

4. All payments agreed upon must be completed in a timely manner as per the payment schedule provided in the quotation or contract.

5. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

6. Archineer UG LLP is not liable for any delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or third-party actions.

7. All changes or additions to the project scope must be documented and may result in additional costs.

8. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be handled in accordance with Ugandan law.
